While it's only been since '13 for these Belgian old school sounding speed metallers' eponymous EP, I've been chomping at the bit for more. Another eight songs (plus the 2:02 ‘Blinded’ intro) that answer the question, “Could Schmier (Destruction) ever front Iron Maiden”? Well tracks like ‘Stairway To Insanity’ and ‘Master Of Illusion’ answer in the affirmative, a similar off-kilter yelp accentuating the melodious, fleet-fingered guitar runs. The latter veers close to the current crop of retro-minded European traditionalist, Steelwing, Katana or Enforcer. Others songs opt for a more decidedly early Exodus vibe, like the Baloff=era reminiscent ‘Shot To Paradise’. Regardless, the name of the game is quality constructions.

All feature lengthy guitar breaks within the proper song, some, more than one. Witness ‘Eclipse Of The Mind’. At times, it's difficult to tell the difference between the high pitched guitar tones and the vocal squeals. Heads down, hair shaking anthems for hearty beer drinkers!
