Well done artwork on this second album from these Ukrainians who like many combine the sounds of death and black metal. After the short atmospheric opening ‘Herald of the Aeon of Darkness’, ‘Those That Wander Amidst the Stars’ blasts its way (but not too fast) through the speakers with rapid-fire riffing and a steady stream of drums. ‘Incantation of He Who Sleeps’ (nice title but a bit too long at 10 min) includes some haunting backing vocals for this semi doomy number, and has potential, but the repetitious rhythmic beat and the harsh vocals (did you expect anything different?) become monotonous. I think a vocal style closer to Witchery would give the music what it needs instead of the constant growling. Do I hear a bit of Celtic Frost in ‘Gate Of Nana’?

Again, lack of variety in ‘Guardians of Gateways to Outer Void’ prevents the arrangement and delivery from seeing its potential. The Egyptian flavored drumming to the interlude ‘Morbid Black Dreams Bringing Madness’ works adding a level of dynamics.

Some corrective criticism...the music is pretty good, like the epic bigness to ‘Ceremonies to Awake Thy Ageless Hate’ is very Behemoth in nature, so I think by adding a few changes, rhythmically within each song, and guitar leads, could give the music what it needs to be more catchy.
