KIX: Reunite In New Jersey; Report, Photos Available

Reactivated Maryland hard rockers KIX made their first area appearance in 12 years Friday at Dexters in Riverdale, NJ, kicking off a string of dates which includes a stop at this summer’s Rocklahoma festival. Original members Steve Whiteman on vocals, Ronnie Younkins and Brian Jay Forsy (guitars) and Jimmy Chalfant (drums) were joined by new bassist Mark Schenker treating the crowd to a high energy set filled with fan favorites and MTV hits.

The night's setlist included 'Hot Wire', 'The Itch', 'She Dropped Me The Bomb', 'Sex', 'Cold Blood', 'Nut Wagon' (instrumental), 'Cold Shower', 'For Shame', 'Don't Close Your Eyes', 'Same Jane', 'Girl Money', 'Midnight Dynamite', 'Blow My Fuse', 'Yeah Yeah Yeah'.
