Switzerland:
Judas Priest, Whitesnake, Kreator, Cavalera Conspiracy, Mastodon, Hammerfall and The Damned Things are among the latest acts confirmed for Sonisphere Switzerland, scheduled for Thursday, June 23rd and Friday, June 24th in Basel - St. Jakob.
The two-day line-up is shaping up as follows:

Iron Maiden, Slipknot, Alice Cooper, In Flames, In Extremo, Mr. Big, Papa Roach, Hatebreed, Kreator, Hammerfall, Cavalera Conspiracy, Mastodon, Bring Me The Horizon, Architects, Escape The Fate, Gwar, Skindred, Times Of Grace, Devildriver.

France:
The Big Four of 1980s thrash metal - Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax - have been confirmed for the French edition of the Sonisphere festival, which will take place July 8th-9th, 2011 in Amnéville. Metallica remark: "Two firsts for this one . . . the first Sonisphere Festival in France and the first time the Big 4 will be on the same stage in France! One more round of fun and games. Tickets go on sale on Tuesday, December 21. Click here for all the details on exactly when and how to get 'em!"
The Big Four will perform on Saturday, July 9th. Slipknot are also scheduled to appear.
Airbourne, Bullet For My Valentine, Papa Roach, Bring Me The Horizon, Mastodon, will be performing throughout the weekend.
